The San Diego State women's golf team shot a second round 316 to finish seventh overall out of 16-teams at the 36-hole Oregon Invitational held at the Emeral Valley Resort Golf Club. SDSU fired a scored of 653 for the two-day event
After firing a first round 336, the Aztecs managed to move up seven slots behind the performance of sophomore Asa Jankler, who fired a second-round best, par-73, finishing tied for third with a seven-over-par 153. Teammate Joanne Clingan tied for 18th with a 82-77-159 to help SDSU's cause.
California captured the team title scoring a 615 for the 36-hole tournament.
