SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego State athletic department and the flagship radio station for the Aztecs, The Mighty 1090, have moved the weekly "Aztec Coaches Show" to Thursday, Oct. 30 and Saturday, Nov. 1.
The Coaches Show, which normally takes place on Wednesdays, will now air on Thursday at 7 p.m. PT and Saturday at 5:30 p.m. PT prior to the Aztec pregame show (6:30 p.m. PT). Fans are encouraged to listen to Coach Long preview this week's matchup with Nevada, which kicks off at 7:30 p.m. PT Saturday at Mackay Stadium in Reno, Nev.
With two consecutive victories under its belt, San Diego State (4-3, 3-1 MW) will look to extend a two-game winning streak. The Aztecs, who lead the league and rank 12th in the nation on scoring defense (18.71 points per game), is currently in sole possession of first place in the West Division of the MW, while the Wolf Pack (5-3, 2-2 MW) are a game back and tied for third.
Saturday's game will air on The Mighty 1090 and 105.7 MAX FM on the radio and will be broadcast live on TV on CBS Sports Network.
The radio show will return to its normal time at 7 p.m. PT the following Wednesday (Oct. 5).
