SAN DIEGO - Tickets for this Saturday's San Diego State football homecoming game against Idaho and the annual KGB SkyShow are available at the Aztec Ticket Office at Qualcomm Stadium all this week.
The ticket office, located at Qualcomm Stadium Window "E," is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets can also be purchased online through GoAztecs.com, or over the phone by calling (619) 283-7378.
The KGB SkyShow, the largest fireworks display in San Diego, will be held following the Aztecs' game against Idaho on Saturday, Nov. 8, beginning at 3:30 p.m. PT at Qualcomm Stadium. This will be the 11th-consecutive year the SkyShow has been held in conjunction with an SDSU football game, as last season's SkyShow game against Eastern Illinois drew a season-high 42,978 fans.
Saturday's game will also feature a pregame carnival and SkyShow Village pregame tailgate in Qualcomm Stadium parking lots C1 and D1 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Aztec men's basketball team will be in attendance at SkyShow Village, and will receive their 2013-14 Mountain West championship rings during the football game.
San Diego State (4-4, 3-2 MW) is tied with Nevada atop the West Division of the Mountain West, and will play its final non-conference game of the season Saturday vs. the Vandals. The Aztecs are 2-0 all-time at home against Idaho.
SDSU is one of only 29 teams in the nation, as well as one of just five non-BCS schools, to play in a bowl game in each of the last four seasons.
