SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State athletic department will be giving away free "We Are Aztecs" blankets to the first 20,000 fans in attendance for SDSU's Mountain West opener against UNLV on Saturday, Sept. 27, at Qualcomm Stadium. The Aztecs-Rebels clash, scheduled for a 5 p.m. PT start, will also feature the annual Band Night festivities.
Prior to kickoff, fans are encouraged to visit the Johnsonville Big Taste Grill in the Aztec Village located in sections C1-D1 of the stadium parking lot. In addition to traditional Johnsonville bratwurst served on the so-called "world's largest grill," the Aztec Village will offer an assortment of interactive inflatable games.
Single-game tickets for SDSU home football games start at just $16 and can be purchased online at www.goaztecs.com, over the phone at 619-283-7378 (SDSU) or by visiting the Aztec Ticket Office at Qualcomm Stadium Window E from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
