• This will be SDSU's first meeting with Arkansas State and their fourth time this year facing a school for the first time in program history (Towson, Westcliff & Alabama A&M).
• The Aztecs fell at UC Santa Barbara 64-52 Tuesday evening. SDSU allowed a season-high eight threes and 37 second half points.
• The Aztecs' last win was 55-45 victory over Cal State Fullerton Nov. 17. SDSU held the Titans to 28 percent shooting from the field and outrebounded them 51-41.
• The Aztecs are averaging just 12.4 personal fouls this season, the seventh best in the nation. This has led them to having more made free throws than their opponents have attempted. Through six games, SDSU is 82-122 from the line and their opponents are 50-76.
• SDSU is holding their opponents to 23.2 percent from three-point territory, 23rd in the nation. SDSU has held three opponents below 20 percent and teams are averaging just 5.0 made three-pointers per game against the Aztecs.
• The Aztecs are averaging just 13.0 turnovers per game, 30th in the nation.

• San Diego State received votes in the preseason Coaches' Poll, marking the first time since 2012 the Aztecs have been recognized in a national poll.

• The Gauchos attempted 57 shots, the lowest an opponent has had against SDSU this season.
• SDSU was just 3-for-8 from the free throw line, setting season-lows in FT makes, attempts and percentage. This was their first game having less free throws made than their opponent.
• The Gauchos were 8-for-21 from three. This is the most threes and highest percentage SDSU has allowed so far this season.
• The Aztecs attempted a season-high 22 three-pointers after attempting a season-low nine in their last game vs. Cal.
• Mallory Adams had 10 points and has scored in double-digits in five of her six games this season.
• Adams attempted a career-high seven three-pointers, making two.
• Monique Terry tied a career-high with five rebounds, accomplishing that in just six minutes.
• Téa Adams hit two three-pointers, tying a career-high. She has done that four times, including twice this season.
• The Aztecs are 3-0 when they have a better shooting percentage than their opponent and 0-4 when they don't. Same applies to when they outrebound their opponent.
Opponent Notebook (Arkansas State)
• The Red Wolves are 1-5 on the year. After winning their season opener against Central Baptist College, they have lost five straight.
