While the season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Aztec women's tennis team made a splash in 2019-20. From close matches with elite competition to hosting two dynamic tournaments on The Mesa, the Scarlet and Black had a year to remember.

Tamara Arnold and Nnena Nadozie collected nods to the all-conference singles team, the duo of Julia Jordan and Tamara Arnold were honored as an all-conference doubles team and freshman Cecile Morin was named Co-Mountain West Freshman of the Year. |
| 6 | The Aztecs tallied six dual-match wins throughout their 11 competitions of the spring season, including sweep victories over UC Riverside, Cal State Fullerton and Youngstown State. |
| 12 | The All-MW doubles team of Jordan and Arnold totaled 12 wins as a duo in both the Fall and Spring seasons, tied for the second-most victories of any conference tandem. |
| 15 | Mountain West Co-Freshman of the Year totaled 15 singles wins in her first year on The Mesa (including both fall and spring competition), including a signature win over No. 22 USC's Constance Branstine. |
| 44 | Arnold, a member of the Mountain West all-singles and all-doubles teams, earned what could be seen as her most impressive win of the season over ITA/Oracle No. 44-ranked Eryn Cayetano. Her 6-7(4), 6-4, 6-1 come-from-behind victory kept the Trojans from securing their fourth match point of the day and sent the dual into a 3-3 tie. |
| 339 | Nadozie went 339 days between regular-season (not including fall or uncompleted matches) singles match losses. Before falling to No. 22 USC's Angela Kulikov on Feb. 21, 2020, her last loss was in a 10-point tiebreaker against Yale's Raissa Lou where she fell 3-6, 7-6 (2), 10-4 on March 19, 2019. |
