2025 SEASON AT ARIZONA (As a Sophomore): Pitched in six games with two starts, posting a 1-0 ledger with a 7.27 ERA in 8.2 innings… Struck out eight batters against four walks… Notched his lone victory of the year after tossing two scoreless relief innings in the Wildcats’ 9-3 triumph over UT Arlington (4-23-25)… Matched his career-long outing with two innings pitched in a start vs. New Mexico State when he fanned a season-high two batters (4-25-25)… Also recorded a pair of strikeouts in consecutive appearances at Grand Canyon (5-6-25) and Houston (5-16-25)… Saw action in the first game of the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional against North Carolina (6-6-25).
2024 SEASON AT ARIZONA (As a Freshman): Appeared in four games with one start in is rookie campaign, logging a 1-0 record with four strikeouts, as the Wildcats captured the Pac-12 regular-season and conference tournament championships… Made his collegiate debut in a one-inning start against Utah Tech (2-20-24)… Fanned a season-high two batters in a scoreless ninth inning of Arizona’s 12-1 rout at Stanford (4-8-24)… Earned his first collegiate victory in the Wildcats’ 12-2 triumph at New Mexico State after tossing a scoreless frame in the second (4-24-24)… Did not see action in the postseason after making his final appearance of the year in a stint vs. Grand Canyon (4-30-24).
PRIOR TO COLLEGE: Graduated in 2023 from Desert Vista High School in Phoenix, Arizona, where he was a four-year varsity letterwinner under head coach Pat Herrera… Earned first-team all-Region 6A Central honors as a senior… Was rated as the No. 10 right-handed pitcher in Arizona for the 2023 high school graduating class by Perfect Game and the 21st player in the state overall… Was also listed as a top 500 recruit nationally by the website… Garnered second-team preseason all-West Region accolades from Perfect Game prior to the 2023 campaign after receiving the same distinction as an underclassman in 2022… Earned all-tournament honors as a member of the Trosky National-2023 traveling squad at the 2021 Perfect Game WWBA Underclass World Championship in Fort Myers, Florida.
