2025 SEASON (As a Sophomore)Ranked third on the team with 25 games pitched, which was tied for fourth in the Mountain West... Also made his first three career starts… Logged an 0-2 record and a 9.38 ERA with a collegiate-best 34 strikeouts in 31.2 innings… Fanned multiple batters on seven occasions… Earned his first start in a Scarlet and Black uniform against crosstown adversary UC San Diego, allowing one run on one hit and two walks with three strikeouts in two innings of work (2-18-25)… Tossed one scoreless frame in back-to-back outings vs. UC Santa Barbara (2-22-25) and Pepperdine (2-23-25), striking out the side in that latter contest against the Waves… Received the starting nod in the first game of a doubleheader against Northeastern, recording career highs with six strikeouts and six innings pitched (3-8-25)… Tossed two scoreless frames at California Baptist, where he offset two walks with five strikeouts (3-18-25)… Fanned two batters to counter one hit and one walk in a two-inning starting appearance at UC Riverside (4-29-25)… Was the fourth of seven pitchers utilized in the Aztecs’ wild 12-10 comeback victory over Washington State in the regular-season, where he faced four batters in a scoreless one-inning stint (5-17-25)… Made his final appearance of the season vs. Nevada at the Mountain West Championship in Mesa, Arizona (5-22-25).

2024 SEASON (As a Freshman): Tied for the team and Mountain West lead with 25 pitching appearances, all in relief… Also shared the top spot on the squad with 14 games finished, joining former Aztec Jadon Bercovich… Posted a 3-3 record with an 8.58 ERA, 31 strikeouts and one save across 28.1 innings during his rookie campaign… Walked more than one batter on just two occasions and threw just one wild pitch… Earned his first career win in the Aztecs’ 5-4 come-from-behind victory at home over UC Riverside after pitching a scoreless inning in the top of the ninth before the Scarlet and Black rallied with two runs in bottom of the frame (3-12-24)… Picked off a Highlander runner in that stint after yielding a base hit… Collected his first collegiate save after preserving SDSU’s 7-5 home victory over UNLV, offsetting one run on four hits and one walk with three strikeouts in 2.2 innings (4-13-24)… Was credited with the victory in the Aztecs’ 9-8 nail-biter over Fresno State in the opener of a weekend series… Gave up just one hit in one scoreless inning vs. the Bulldogs (5-3-24)… Tossed two additional scoreless frames in the home finale against UC San Diego to notch his third win of the year (5-14-24).

PRIOR TO COLLEGE: Graduated in 2023 from Orange Lutheran High School, the same program that produced former Aztec pitchers Jonny Guzman and Chris Canada… Earned four varsity letters for head coach Eric Borba… Made 35 appearances as a reliever during his prep career, posting a 13-3 record with a 2.11 ERA and 118 strikeouts, according to MaxPreps… Walked just 40 batters in 96.1 innings while limiting opponents to a .207 batting average… Served as team captain as a senior, logging a 5-3 record with a 2.76 ERA and a career-high 61 strikeouts in 53.1 innings, as the Lancers reached the semifinals of the CIF Southern Section Division I championships before earning a spot in the CIF Division I regional playoffs… Garnered second-team all-conference accolades as a junior after helping his squad to the Trinity League regular-season championship and a 25-5 record overall, capped by a quarterfinal appearance in the Southern Section playoffs… Recorded an unblemished 5-0 ledger in 13 games in 2022 with a career-best 1.24 ERA, one save and 38 strikeouts in 28.1 innings… Also held the opposition to a .163 batting average that season… Went 3-0 in eight mound appearances as a sophomore in 2021, finishing with a 1.43 ERA, two saves and 19 strikeouts, as Orange Lutheran compiled a 30-6 overall record, punctuated by a semifinal berth in the CIF regional playoffs…  Was listed as a Top 500 national recruit by Perfect Game for the 2023 high school graduating class… Received a No. 27 ranking among right-handed pitchers by the website and was rated the No. 73 prospect in the state overall… Merited second-team preseason all-region honors for California from Perfect Game prior to the 2023 campaign after earning the same distinction as an underclassman the previous year… Competed at the 2020 PG 14U National Showcase in Fort Myers, Florida, where he was named to the top prospect team… Received all-tournament recognition at several other events sponsored by Perfect Game, including the 2021 WWBA 2023 Grads or 16U National Championship in Marietta, Georgia, as a member of the East Coast Sox club program… Contributed to a championship squad at the 2022 PG 17U World Series in Surprise, Arizona, playing for the Alpha Prime 2023 club team… Also drew interest from Grand Canyon, California Baptist and Texas during the recruiting process.
