2024 Season
In his lone season on The Mesa, was named to the All-WAC First Team and the United Soccer Coaches Far West All-Region Second-Team… Helped the Aztecs post shutouts in six of their eight WAC matches… Scored four goals, including two in the WAC semifinal match which earned his WAC All-Tournament honors… Put eight of his nine shots on frame… Played 15 matches and started 13 of them… Played 1,112 minutes (74/match)… Played a full 90 minutes eight times… Was named to the Top Drawer Soccer National Team of the Week on Oct. 29, 2024 after helping the Aztecs shutout UTRGV and Grand Canyon on the road while scoring at GCU.

At Long Island (2020-23):
Started all 62 matches he appeared in, averaging 91 minutes per match over that span… Was named to the All-NEC First Team three years in a row (2021-23)… Was an All-Northeast Region Second Team pick in 2022 and a third team selection in 2022… Hedlped Long Island win the NEC championship twice… Was team captain in 2023… Totaled 25 points with 11 goals and three assists… Had a shot on goal percentage of 48.8%... Was named to the 2023 NEC All-Tournament Team.

High School/Club/International:
Graduated from EDEC Universidad in 2019… Played for the Monterrey Academy.

Personal:
Born in Chihauhua, Mexico to Claudia Douriet and Sergio Puente… Enjoys golfing… Lists Sergio Ramos as his favorite athlete… Earned a degree in business administration from Long Island and is working towards a master’s in data analytics at SDSU.
