Played for All American Mizuno Martin (Sacramento, Calif.) from 2020-22... Moved over to LTG (Elk Grove, Calif.) for the 2023 and 2024 campaigns.

HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered twice at Pleasant Valley High in Chico, California… Earned first-team all-league honors in each of her sophomore and junior seasons including league MVP as a junior while helping the team to Northern Section championships in both years... Combined for 12 home runs, 57 RBIs and 71 runs scored across those two seasons while striking out 115 hitters across 64 innings during that same time frame... Named the Cal High CIF Player of the Week on May 13, 2024 and Extra Inning Player of the Week on March 24 of that year... Garnered CIF Second Team accolades while being ranked the 15th best power hitter in the west by Extra Inning Softball.

Alissa Michelle Snipes was born on April 5, 2007, in Chico, California… Daughter of Steven Snipes… Is majoring in biology (pre-med) with plans of working as a labor and delivery nurse after graduation… In her free time, likes to camp, hunt, fish and bake... Lists her favorite athlete as Texas Tech pitcher Nijaree Canady… Chose SDSU over UC Davis, Montana, Florida Gulf Coast, Utah Valley, Sacramento State, Fresno State and Santa Clara.
