As a Freshman (2023 Season)
One of two freshman to appear in all 31 games… Attempted 38 shots and scored on nine of them (.237 shot percentage)… Added 12 assists for a total of 21 points… Produced a season-high six shots vs. Westcliff (3/12) also attempted four vs. Siena (3/10), three against Cal State Fullerton (1/21), vs. No. 9 Fresno State (2/3) and vs. No. 12 UC Davis (2/4) and two each vs. No. 5 Hawai’i (2/3), vs. No. 22 LIU (3/7), at No. 12 Pacific (4/1) and at Azusa Pacific (4/15)… In three contests, vs. No. 5 Hawai’i (2/3), vs. Siena and vs. Westcliff, scored a season-best two goals and recorded individual goals vs. Pomona-Pitzer (1/22), at No. 12 Pacific and vs. Concordia (4/28) in the quarterfinal round of the Golden Coast Conference Tournament… Finished four games with multiple assists led by a three-assist effort vs. Siena; had two assist games vs. Cal State Fullerton, vs. Saint Francis (3/11), and at Santa Clara (3/31) and single assists came vs. Westcliff, at Azusa Pacific and vs. Concordia (4/28)… Best point total game came vs. Siena with five; had three points vs. Westcliff and two points vs. Cal State Fullerton, No. 5 Hawai’i, vs. Saint Francis, at Santa Clara and vs. Concordia (4/28)… Among a total of 12 for the year, drew a season-high three exclusions vs. California Baptist (4/6) and added two more vs. Concordia (4/28)… Had single steals in nine contests, including a streak of five straight games versus ranked opponents; vs. No. 12 UC Davis, vs. No. 24 CSUN (2/5), vs. No. 3 UCLA (2/24), vs. No. 15 UC Santa Barbara and No. 23 LMU (2/25).
High School
A 2022 graduate of Clovis (Calif.) West High School… A four-year letterwinner… Led her team to co-Tri-River Athletic Conference (TRAC) championships in the 2019-20 & 2021-21 school years and the “Valley” title in 2021-22… Was twice named a high school all-American, earned three first-team All-TRAC honors and three first-team all-valley distinctions as well as being named Clovis West’s team MVP… Garnered scholar-athlete and honor roll designations during her high school career… Competed for ODP Central Zone team from 2016-2021… Played on the National Cadet Future Team in 2019… An invitee to the 2017-2019 National Team Selection Camp (NTSC) and in 2016 & 2019 was named a USA Water Polo Nick Johnson Inspiration Award winner… In 2016 & 2018 attained Junior Olympic All-American status.

The daughter of Lisa and Raymond Gish… Majoring in liberal studies… Father competed in tennis as a collegian… Chose San Diego State over offers from Santa Clara, San Jose State, CSUN, Indiana, Wagner and California Baptist.
