Addison Mienert came to San Diego State in June of 2023 as an assistant athletic trainer. Her primary sport assignments are with track and cross country, as well as the men’s and women’s golf teams.
Prior to her arrival in San Diego, Mienert worked as a graduate assistant with the track and cross-country teams at New Mexico State, while she earned her master’s degree in Multicultural Education.
Mienert was born and raised in Georgia. She graduated from the University of Georgia with her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Sports Science. While in Athens, she worked with the track, football, and women’s basketball teams.
